My dream turned to nightmare. No thanks to Diamond Doctor scam. My wedding was supposed to be flawless. It was until I learned that I and my now husband were schemed out of our money by this company. With all the stress planning and preparing the wedding, I thought I could rely on the company to ease some of the burden. But, heck! After the wedding came reality with its splash of freezing cold water.
I really did not know of the case of fraud by the Diamond Doctor in Dallas. I was then shopping for an engagement ring with my husband. Diamond Doctor had a very beautiful ring in one of their showcase. It was perfect given our budget. The staff were pros at providing service. They also made the purchase sound so good and wishy washy like. They had the ring resized and cleaned. Once fitted to my finger, I showed it around with pride. So we decided to go back to the company to shop for accessories/gifts for our bridesmaids and groomsmen. We weren’t looking for something flashy and expensive. But, we do appreciate having to find some selection of elegant jewelry within our working budget. Again, we hoped that Diamond Doctor would provide us with the same excellent service as before. We were after all future loyal clients.
I was deeply interested in purchasing a set of diamond tennis bracelet for the bridesmaids from Diamond Doctor. My husband decided to purchase bands from another jeweler for the groomsmen. I went ahead and made the purchase from the company without thinking that there was a scam by the Dallas Diamond Doctor abound in the news. They were not over the top but they were not cheap. They were afterall a once in a lifetime purchase and thank you gift for my girl friends. When I got the order, I wasn’t personally awestruck by the quality compared to the diamond ring I purchased. I blamed it on the wedding prep stress and buzz. So I set aside my qualms.
The Diamond Doctor scam was way far from my mind. A few years ahead, a few pounds added to my weight, my husband thought I should have my engagement ring which I wore with the wedding ring cleaned and resized as an anniversary gift. We were no longer in Dallas so we had to find another jeweler to do the job. After the anniversary, my husband broke the bad news. The ring was, according to the GIA certified jeweler (not Diamond Doctor), overpriced according to its true grade. He had to wait after the anniversary because he knows the sentiments attached to the ring. And now, it reminded me of betrayal. Again, no thanks to Diamond Doctor.
With all the negative things and reports of being scammed by Diamond Doctor Dallas clients circulated around facebook, makes me wanna puke and faint. It’s disgusting to think that a company would rip us off and steal from us not only money but also wonderful memories. Tainted. And to think of the gifts that I gave my girlfriends would be a shame. The Diamond Doctor scam would never be behind me. I wish you folks would not be fooled like me.Read more at Diamond Doctor Dallas Texas
